The Bellamack project office has moved

The Bellamack project office has now moved to 3/55 Cavenagh Street.

Please note, the new project office is not a display suite/sales centre, however if you do have any queries regarding the development, your purchase, the home design covenants or the title timelines for your land, please call the Project Director on 1300 291 876.

Welcome to Bellamack News - a regular newsletter that will keep you updated on the progress of this exciting new suburb in Palmerston.

We've come a long way since construction started in June 2009 – if you've been to the site lately, you'll see our vision for a superb masterplanned community starting to take shape.

The first three Bellamack land releases have been a huge success, with 218 lucky buyers securing a lot. In 2010 there will be more opportunities to buy, and we'll keep you informed about upcoming land releases with email updates.

Construction on time and on track

The Bellamack project is coming along in leaps and bounds. If you’ve been to the site lately, you’ll have noticed that roads are going in and the lots are taking shape. If you bought one of the first 116 lots sold (Stages 1-3 and part of Stage 4), you can expect to take possession of your land in the first half of 2010.

With everything continuing on track, we’ll be releasing over 170 lots to market this year and we’re hoping that our first residents will be finished building by the end of this year and moving into their dream homes.

The demand for land at Bellamack in 2009 was remarkable, with hundreds of interested buyers taking part in the land releases via ballot draw. Many interested buyers missed out, so if you’re one of them, you’ll be pleased to hear that we’ve got a new land release scheduled for April 2010.

We’ll be releasing land from 639m2 to 994m2 set within Bellamack’s landscaped community and all within walking distance to one of the development’s many parks and recreation areas. Don’t miss your opportunity to live in a superb masterplanned community offering the ultimate way of life, all within a short drive to Palmerston and just 25 minutes to Darwin’s CBD.

We’ll be sending out more details on our upcoming land release in April closer to the date – stay tuned!

Our on-site Sales Office is also anticipated to open late April 2010. You’ll be able to view the full vision for the development first hand, discover everything you need to know about living at Bellamack, plus there will be sales consultants available to answer any queries you may have.

We’ll update you with more details on our Display Village and the Sales Office in future newsletters.

Later this year we’ll be opening a large Display Village on site at Bellamack. It will feature 10 display homes along Forrest Parade from a selection of the Northern Territory’s premium builders, including Abode New Homes, Beare Homes, Killarney Homes, Michael Baxter Homes, Kassiou Constructions, Tropical Lifestyle Homes, Brolga Homes and Cavalier Homes.

The new Display Village will be a great place to check out the builder packages available or to simply get some inspiration for your dream home at Bellamack.
